School Services
Caring for our students
We provide important services to support student well-being and to offer convenience to busy families.
HEALTH SERVICES
The Health Services Team provides first aid, supports medical management plans, and manages student medical records. The team collaborates closely with parents, teachers, and school leaders to support student health at school.
CIS is committed to providing a welcoming, caring, respectful, and safe learning environment that enables each student, including those with medical needs, to meaningfully participate in school and school activities. If a student has a chronic illness or health condition that may require medical attention, our Health Services Team collaboratively develops and manages the medical management plan.
The Health Services Team provides first aid from three health clinics on campus during the school day and during after-school sports events. The team supports health initiatives such as World Mental Health Day, handwashing and hygiene awareness, and Oral Health Awareness Day. The Health Services Team often works with Intercare Hospital to deliver first aid training for staff and to host on-campus vaccination clinics. The team facilitates a First Aid Club for Middle School and High School students.
LUNCH SERVICE
Our lunch service offers a variety of nutritious meal options that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our school community. We partner with Dara Airport Hotel Catering Service, whose professional chefs prepare all meals in our commercial kitchens on campus.
Our cafeterias are bright and spacious, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating.
Parents may register their child for the lunch service at any time during the year. Fees are based on the number of meals remaining in the quarter, semester, or school year. Students can only receive a school lunch if they have registered.
Lunches for Nursery and Pre-Kindergarten students are served in individual trays. Junior Kindergarten students are served at the table “family style” with side dishes and fresh fruit. Students in Senior Kindergarten to Grade 12 enjoy buffet-style meals.
BUS SERVICE
Our school bus and buggy service is designed to ensure safe, reliable, convenient transportation for our students. The service is available to students age 4 and above. Buses seat up to 10 passengers and run throughout central Phnom Penh. Buggies seat four passengers and operate on Koh Pich and in the Bassac Garden area. All buses and buggies are equipped with seat belts. Bus supervisors travel with students on each route.
